L.A. GALAXY vs. D.C. UNITED

SoftSport question !

Was Hurtado's and Armas' performance a good enough? Or...?
Come and Judge For Yourself.

FACT

SoftSport data shows that Hurtado and Armas two key players in this game, connected only four times between them.!!!!

  • Both goals scorers were involved in several other aspect of the game such as total passes, interception, impact passes.
  • Chris Armas' interception of 35 balls from D.C United is an outstanding performance. His goal was an effort of intercepting the balls from the DC United player no #16 and charging forward to score the goal. He played defense all over the field from the galaxy penalty area all the way to the DC United penalty area.

  • Hurtado's involvement in the game was too far from D.C United goal. He did not penetrate at all into the DC United penalty area.

SoftSport analysts Zvi Friedman believed that Hurtado would be much more effective if his teammate would give him the ball inside the penalty so he can could challenge the DC defense rather than receiving the ball in mid field from long passes .Although no one can complain about some one scoring a goal and participating in impact passes, his over all performance was average based on SoftSport 's Data Base information.
